Please update your Residency information in your student’s Harmony Family Access.
The state requires the McKinney-Vento Homeless Residency Form be filled out again in the month of January.
The Homeless form is now open in Harmony and is to be filled out again by all families for the second semester of the school year. Only one form per family needs to be filled out. Schools are required to ensure that all students who qualify for McKinney-Vento get the services needed to meet their family needs.
Students who qualify fall under one of the below criteria:|
*Staying temporarily with someone because of the loss of housing
*Staying in a motel, campground or in a shelter or in an inadequate living environment.
Two options to supply information:
1) log into Harmony
-Address verification
2) copy or send in original documentation
