Seventh-grade social studies students are diving into the fascinating world of Ancient Egypt.
They're learning all about pyramids, mighty pharaohs, and the mysterious art of mummification. As part of a hands-on project, they even tried mummifying their classmates (don't worry, it was just for fun!). Even Mrs. Wrightsman became a mummy!
Through this adventure, they're discovering Egyptian culture, beliefs, and why the afterlife was so important to these ancient people.
