Which house will it be? 🎩 Will it be Gryffindor??
The sixth grade language arts classes have been reading “Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone.”
As a part of going to the Hogwarts school, the Harry Potter characters are sorted into one of four houses by means of a Sorting Hat. To correlate with the story, the sixth grade students were sorted into their houses of Gryffindor, Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw, or Slytherin.
This was an interesting way to help students engage with the story and its characters on a deeper level.
